-Site Builder – connect agent domain to RE/MAX Website – work with agent on building website (agent must participate)
-Design/Create (i.e. Just Listed, Just Sold, event, etc.)
-Place Labels and/or stamps (agent to pay for postage & label paper)
-Create Labels for what neighborhoods or databases you want to send to
*Agent Responsible for printing/postage charges.
The Personal Marketing Company
-Place orders for client follow up for 5 years for $25.00 total.
-Using RE/MAX Design Center
Showing Time (Agent must Participate)
-edit profiles so all info is correct.
-teach how to use the program/mobile app
-teach how to set multiple showings all at once.
Social Media (agent must participate)
-Create Business Page on Facebook
-Create Automatic Postings if desired using Ace Media
-Teach to boost targeted ads from Facebook Business Pages
-Creating any social media accounts
-Promote Open Houses on websites & MLS
-Design Fliers (agent to pay for printing)
-run daily list of Expired Homes (agent to pay for secretarial support (work order) to find phone #s)
-helping you create videos to send to your clients!
(May need a subscription to a video marketing program)
-Ordering New Signs or Riders from RE/MAX Approved Suppliers
Business Card Orders
-Ordering new business cards w/ RE/MAX Approved Suppliers (agent must proof before ordering)
Going out of town?
-Creating a Plan for handling calls/texts/leads if agent doesn’t want them while out of town.
